Mmm, that's lovely. Upon first glance, it seemed like a passageway with a door at the end, and water trying to flood it, with waves licking up the walls. The full view is wonderful, and I love how you caught the waves in mid-splash. Simply splendid!

Hermosa Beach is an awesome place. I used to go there all of the time when I was younger...I live in San Pedro and all we have is shitty Cabrillo Beach. This has a very ethereal quality to it and I can almost hear the seagulls crying.

Very nice indeed! I really like the waves, remind of an old cartoon movie 'The Last Unicorn', where the unicorns were trapped in the waves and you could see them sparkling on the surf.

I'm not much in the way of photography knowledge but I think this is beautiful. There is something intriguing and almost unsettling in how sharp you captured the water in contrast to the movement. It's a glimpse of something common in a form we never get to reflect on. Or something like that. Anyway, nice piece.
